This plugin connects to the Arthaleads CRM API (api.arthaleads.com) to deliver form submissions from your site as leads. This is core to what the plugin does — it cannot function without it.
- What it is and what it’s used for: Arthaleads CRM, a lead management platform. Every time a visitor submits one of your supported contact/lead forms, the plugin sends that submission to Arthaleads so it appears in your CRM pipeline instead of only in your WordPress database.
- What data is sent and when: On each form submission — name, phone, email, message/enquiry text, any other question the form asks, the form plugin used, the page URL the form was submitted from, and your configured site name. When you click “Send Test Lead” in the plugin settings, the same fields are sent with fixed placeholder values (
Test Lead,9999999999,test@arthaleads.com) so you can verify the connection. When you save the plugin settings, your account token and which form plugins you’ve enabled are sent so the CRM can register which integrations are active for your site. No data is sent unless you have entered a valid Arthaleads account token in the plugin settings. - Service links: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy
Installation
- Upload the
arthaleads-integrationfolder to/wp-content/plugins/, or install directly from the WordPress plugin directory. - Activate the plugin through Plugins Installed Plugins in your WordPress admin.
- Go to Arthaleads CRM in the left admin menu.
- Log in to arthaleads.com, navigate to Automation WordPress / Website, and copy your unique token (starts with
AW-). - Paste the token into the plugin settings and click Save.
- Submit a test form on your website — the lead should appear in Arthaleads CRM within seconds.

Do I need an Arthaleads account?

Yes. You need an active Arthaleads CRM account to get your token. The plugin does nothing without a valid token.

Will it work with multiple forms on the same site?

Yes. Any form submission from any supported plugin on your site will be sent to Arthaleads CRM as long as the plugin is active and the token is saved.

What data is sent to Arthaleads?

The plugin sends: name, phone, email, message, any other question the form asks (e.g. budget, configuration, purpose, timeline) labeled with its question text, the page URL where the form was submitted, and the form plugin name. No other data is transmitted.

Is my data secure?

All data is sent over HTTPS to the Arthaleads API. Your token is stored in WordPress options and never exposed publicly.

What if a form is submitted twice in quick succession?

The plugin automatically ignores duplicate submissions from the same phone number within 60 seconds to prevent double entries in your CRM.
