This plugin allows you to build any kind of form and display them on your Wordpress site. You can use a short code to display your form in the main content area for a post or page. The plugin offers number customization options:<\/p>\n\n

  1. You can signup for free and activate your account when you receive an email from makesbridge system then you are ready to use your free form builder.<\/li>\n
  2. Ability to create unlimited forms.<\/li>\n
  3. Management of already created forms, you can edit them any time.<\/li>\n
  4. Search forms by name.<\/li>\n
  5. You can add basic html elements i.e heading, text , horizontal line, line break and captcha to your form.<\/li>\n
  6. You can add basic fields and custom fields provided by makesbridge system to your form.<\/li>\n
  7. You can add list or lists to form so that your submitters add to makesbridge system in that specific list.<\/li>\n
  8. If your have a salesforce account, you can use salesforce fields in forms to get values updated. (Paid Feature)<\/li>\n
  9. If you have salesrep created in your account you can add that sales rep to your form. (Paid Feature)<\/li>\n
  10. You can set name of an input field , set it as required field and a required message for that input field.<\/li>\n
  11. You can change input field type to checkbox, radio button, selectbox or a textarea.<\/li>\n
  12. You can set a default value of an input filed.<\/li>\n
  13. You can change font size, font family, font color and background color of form as well as a specific input field.<\/li>\n
  14. You can change header and footer font color and styles.<\/li>\n
  15. You set forward settings of a form i.e on submission of form where to redirect form on success or failure, forward form url to friends, send an email of your specific contents to some one.<\/li>\n
  16. You can receive notification by email on submission of form, email defined in forward settings.<\/li>\n
  17. You can send confirmation to signee of form.<\/li>\n

    There are a few options for installing and setting up this plugin.<\/p>\n\n

    Upload Manually<\/h4>\n\n

    1. Download and unzip the plugin<\/li>\n
    2. Upload the 'wpmks-webforms' folder into the '\/wp-content\/plugins\/' directory<\/li>\n
    3. Go to the Plugins admin page and activate the plugin<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      1. In the admin area go to Plugins > Add New and search for \"Official Makesbridge Web Form Builder\u201d<\/li>\n
      2. Click install and then click activate<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        To Setup The Plugin<\/h4>\n\n

        1. Find your Makesbridge username (see instructions under FAQ).<\/li>\n
        2. In the WordPress admin area go to MKS Badges and then enter in your username.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

          How to Use the Shortcode<\/h4>\n\n

          1. Navigate to the post or page you would like to add the form to<\/li>\n
          2. Enter in the shortcode [wpmks_form formid=\"zdTyioBh17Il20Jl21Un30zgytRf\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\"]<\/li>\n
          3. Customize the width and height with the number you want to display. [wpmks_form formid=\"zdTyioBh17Il20Jl21Un30zgytRf\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\"]. By default, width=300 and height=400 are set.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

            How do I get my makesbridge username?<\/dt>\n

            1. Click on New Signup button.<\/li>\n
            2. Fill out the form and submit it, but make sure you need to give your company address i.e john@companydomain.com. We will not entertain gmail, hotmail and yahoo addresses.<\/li>\n
            3. On receiving an email from us, your account will be activated and you will able to use your free form builder.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/dd>\n
