After you save an Agent ID, it:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Enqueues the chat widget script via <code>wp_enqueue_script<\/code> from <code>https:\/\/chatnexus.cloud\/js\/embed.v1.js<\/code> (or your configured Base URL) on front-end pages where the widget is enabled. This remote script is required for the SaaS chat service to function; admin CSS\/JS remain bundled locally in the plugin.<\/li>\n<li>Optionally calls <code>https:\/\/chatnexus.cloud\/api\/v1\/widget\/{agent-id}\/config<\/code> from the WordPress admin when you click <strong>Test Connection<\/strong> (sends the Agent ID you entered; used only to verify the agent exists).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>A ChatNexus account is required.
