The latest updates of this plugin has made it a powerhouse. I have been using this
for years and now they have added a lot of features including AI chatbots. It can
also integrate with Woocommerce. How amazing is that. This plugin is definitely 
recommended to anyone who need a live chat support and ticketing system with AI

I bought the Lifetime lisence and I’m not really impressed with the plugin. The 
admin panel seems well done, however it’s unusable without a decent front end. The
set up is clunky and for some reason every single page on my WordPress is now issuing
a 404 error when I view the website. Literally my whole website is a 404 minus the
home page. For no blocks templates this only allows one shortcode. The Knowledge
Base area seems to work if i direct link to it, however there’s no shortcode for
that. It doesn’t seem to inherit my theme buttons or style elments. It has basic
style features so if you’re concerned about your brand throw it out the window with
this plugin. You’re forced to use their style unless you’re good at CSS.

This plugin has been incredibly useful for our organization. It has really helped
us manage requests/issues and keep them organized. It’s straight-forward and easy-
to-use for both the end user and our internal team. One of the best parts has been
the customer support. They have been incredibly prompt and helpful every time we’ve
reached out with a question or issue. Highly recommend this plugin.

We use this ticketing system daily and find it extremely useful to manage day-to-
day operations across multiple locations. Ashim, Aslam, Nazmul and team have always
been helpful in setup and addressing occasional issues that arise. We’ve been using
Support Genix (paid) for over a year now and have come to depend on it. Support 
Genix team is phenomenal in their support. They work really hard to make sure to
address every issue and helped ensure Support Genix was set up and working properly.
I love the clean UX and intuitive steps in working with tickets. We are very pleased
with this ticketing system and plan to use it for years to come. THANK YOU so much
for working so tirelessly to make Support Genix a fantastic solution for us!
