Publish approval

Description

This plugin allows selecting content types (post, page, custom) that are subject to quality control, where specified
editors have to approve them before they cna be published.

Features:
1. Separate configuration for each content type.
2. Define list of users who can approve content.
3. Define the minimum number of approvals requires for the content to be publishable.

The approval works well except approval admins cannot be notified via email. Once a user clicks the “Save Draft”, admins that approve content should be notified. Once the email feature that notifies admin that there is an impending event or page to be approved is added, this plugin will be awesome. I will update the ratings once this feature is added.
