Description

PushRow connects your WordPress site to Google Sheets. Choose what to send, pick a spreadsheet and the columns you want, and PushRow writes the rows. Your data goes straight from your site to Google’s APIs through your own Google Cloud credentials; it never passes through a third-party server.

What the free plugin does

• Posts and pages: send them to a sheet with the fields you choose.
• Users: send your user list to a sheet.
• Contact Form 7: add each new submission to your sheet as it arrives. Set it up in the Google Sheets tab of the form editor, with field mapping.
• A five-step job wizard: name and direction, data, sheet, columns, then review.
• Column choice: tick the fields that become columns, in the order you want.
• Run now and test runs: run a job when you need it, or try it on 10 rows first. Pause, resume and duplicate jobs.
• An activity log of every run, with rows, errors and duration.

PushRow Pro

PushRow Pro includes everything in the free plugin, plus:

• Imports from Google Sheets into posts, pages, custom post types, users, WooCommerce products, coupons, reviews, and product categories and tags. Imports also update WooCommerce order statuses, notes and tracking details, and write rows into custom database tables.
• Schedules: every 5, 15 or 30 minutes, hourly, every 6 or 12 hours, daily or weekly.
• Real-time sync when a record is created, updated, deleted or changes status.

External services

PushRow connects to these services:

• Google Sheets API and Google Drive API (googleapis.com), to read and write the spreadsheets you sync and to list your spreadsheets. Data is sent when a sync job runs, and when a Contact Form 7 form set up for Google Sheets is submitted. Only the fields you map are sent. Google APIs Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy.
• Google OAuth (accounts.google.com and oauth2.googleapis.com), to authorize access with your own OAuth client, refresh the access token, and revoke it when you disconnect.
• Freemius (freemius.com). When you activate PushRow, it asks whether you want to opt in to security and feature update notices. If you opt in, the Freemius SDK sends your name and email address, your site’s address, title and language, your WordPress and PHP versions, and the plugin’s version and status to Freemius.
